Description of Offered Services

(1) Before making any booking, you must carefully read the complete description of the Offered Services on our Site. These descriptions specify the essential characteristics of the Offered Services.

(2) We are not responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with provided instructions for use.

Purchases, Bookings, and Subscriptions

​

(1) Any booking of Offered Services is subject to the Terms applicable at the time of booking.

​

(2) You must cancel or modify any appointment at least 2 hours before its scheduled start time. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours prior) will not be refunded.

(3) We offer subscription plans with automatic renewal, whose terms and prices are clearly indicated on the Site. By subscribing, you accept automatic renewal and authorize automatic payment from your registered payment method.

(4) You may terminate your subscription at any time via your personal space or by directly contacting us by email. Any cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

(5) Prices for Offered Services are clearly indicated on the Site, in euros including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but only the price confirmed at the time of booking will be applied.

(6) Before final confirmation of your booking, a detailed summary will be provided. By confirming your booking, you definitively accept these Terms.

(7) An automatic email will confirm receipt of your booking. This email does not represent final acceptance of the order. The agreement is concluded only after written confirmation from us.

(8) Full payment for Offered Services is required before their provision.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If GTX Online cancels due to reasons beyond our control, such as exceptional circumstances, a refund will be offered.

Member Account

​

(1) Certain functionalities require creating an account ("Member Account"). You are required to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

(2) GTX Online may immediately suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these Terms.

​

Intellectual Property

​

All Site content, including texts, images, logos, videos, and associated intellectual property rights, are exclusively owned by GTX Online. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Liability

​

GTX Online declines all responsibility for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or the Services, except in case of proven fault.
